Account Administration
To access your account administration screens you must go
to www.myarbonne.co.uk and click on the "Login Here"
link in the top right hand corner of the Web page. You will
be taken to a login screen. Enter your user ID and password.
This will take you to your account administration "Main
Menu" page. From this page you will be able to administer
your account, edit your Web pages, and have access to all
other back end features of this service. Below is a brief
description of each of the options available to you once you
access your account administration "Main Menu" page.
Editing Your 3 Customizable Web Pages
The
main screen of your account administration
"Main Menu" will allow you to
access your 3 customizable Web pages in
order to add, edit or change content on
these pages. In the body of the main screen,
you will see the title of your 3 Web pages.
Below each title is the link "Edit
This Page". Click on this link under
each Web page for which you would like to
add, edit, or change text or images.
Account Preferences
You
will find this link in the top menu near
the top of your screen. By clicking on this
link, you will be taken to a screen containing
your account information and related preferences.
You can change certain information in this
screen and click on the "Submit"
button at the bottom in order for it to
take effect. The following is a summary
of the information you can change from this
page.
1)
Your Name
2) Your Consultant ID
3) Your Address
4) Your Contact Information
5) Basic or Advanced Web Editor
6) The template design you have selected
7) Turn the “Marketing Presentations”
right column on or off on page 2 & 3
of your site
6) Your name or company name as it appears
in the top left of your Web Site
7) The email address that is tied to the
“Contact Me” form located at
the bottom of each of your Web pages and
the address where you will receive all email
notifications and inquiries related to your
web site.
Email
You
will find this link in the top left of your
screen. By clicking on this link, you will
be taken to your online email account login
screen. You will have to login to your email
account with the following:
a) email address
b) your password
All your sending, receiving and storing
of emails can be handled online using a
Web interface or you may configure your
Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express Email
program to manage your MyArbonne Email account.

Web Site Visitor Counter
You
will find this link in the top of your screen.
By clicking on this link, you will be taken
to a screen containing your Web Site Visitor
Counter. The Web Site Visitor Counter is
an important tool that allows you to see
some basic visitor statistics related to
your Web Site. You now have an Arbonne Web
Site but you'd really like to know if people
are actually visiting your Web Site.
You will see some basic statistics telling
you how many people have visited your Web
Site. Below is a sample of the information
you will be provided:
Total
Visitors: 231
Last Visitor: 10/11/2001 09:04:59 PM
Total Today: 3
Yesterday: 0
This Week: 231
This Month: 218
This Year: 231
First Recorded Visitor: 31/10/2001 10:47:06 PM
This
information is valuable in order to measure
the success of any marketing and promotion
campaigns that are aimed at driving people
to your Web Site. Whether you use direct
mail, broadcast emails, area meetings, home
shows, etc., watching changes in your Web
Site visitor traffic will help give you
a gauge the results of any marketing and
promotion that you do for your business.
Guest Book
You
will find this link in the top of your screen.
By clicking on this link, you will be taken
to a screen containing the "Main Guest
Book Menu". This section will allow
you to manage your Guest Book entries by
giving you the capability to do the following:
1)
"View" a list of users who
have "signed" your guest book.
2) View or edit the detailed record
for each Guest Book entry
3) Add a Guest Book entry manually
4) Delete a Guest Book Entry
All
information entered into your "Guest
Book" is stored in a database and only
accessible by you through your password
protected account administration area.
Email Marketing Tool
You
will find this link in the top of your screen.
By clicking on this link, you will be taken
to a screen containing the "Email Marketing
Tool Menu". The Email Marketing Tool
will allow you to send a broadcast email
to all email addresses in your Guest Book
Database. From the "Email Marketing
Tool Menu" page you can either a) create
and send a broadcast email or b) review
previously sent broadcast emails.
The
Email Marketing Tool is a simple online
form. All you will have to do is just fill
out the 'Subject" of your email, enter
the main body text of your email message,
then decide if you would like to send an
attachment and finally press the "Send"
button. Your email will be automatically
sent to all the email addresses in your
Guest Book database. This is a great way
to communicate on a regular basis with clients
and leads who have signed your guest book.
Search Engine Submission & Meta-Tags
You
will find this link in the top of your screen.
By clicking on this link, you will be taken
to a page that will allow you to enter the
“Meta-Tags” for your Web Site
and either order or initiate your Search
Engine Submission Service which will submit
your web site URL to the search engines
in order to get into their indexes.
